- Summer melons with cherry tomatoes, olives, spinach, roasted pumkin seeds, pickled onions, mozzarella & fresh lime.
- Spelt with grilled aubergines, bell peppers, palm kale, zucchini & feta cheese.
- Coliflower-couscous with grilled chickpeas, apples, baked carrots, roasted almonds, sesam, kale & mustard dressing.
